Donald Carbone heads Goetz Fitzpatrick’s Construction Litigation Group. In more than 34 years of practice, he has developed extensive experience in construction litigation, commercial leasing and real estate, corporate, commercial and business transactions. In all these areas, Donald takes responsibility for both the transactional and dispute resolution phases, including mediation, litigation, arbitration and appeals. He is listed as counsel of record in numerous reported cases.
Donald is rated AV Preeminent, the highest rating of professional excellence, by Martindale-Hubbell, and has been recognized as a “Super Lawyer” in construction law every year since 2008.
He is a member of the American and New York State Bar Associations, the New York County Lawyers’ Association and ABA Sections in Construction and Litigation.
