Becky (Hyun-Jeong) Baek is an associate at the firm whose practice includes all aspects of commercial litigation. Prior to joining Goetz Fitzpatrick, she practiced at a complex commercial litigation boutique, actively representing clients in state and federal court as well as in domestic and international arbitration, with a focus on business torts, contract disputes, Copyright and Lanham Act claims, and U.S. bankruptcy litigation.
Becky is a native New Yorker and received her J.D. in 2014 from Brooklyn Law School, where she served as Notes and Comments Editor for the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial, and Commercial Law.
Prior to law school, she spent several years in the non-profit sector providing access to quality educational supplements focusing on financial literacy, workforce readiness and entrepreneurship to K-12 students across New York City.
