Arielle is an associate at the firm whose practice spans all aspects of commercial and construction litigation, with a particular focus on construction litigation matters.
Prior to joining Goetz Fitzpatrick LLP, Arielle worked at a prestigious construction litigation boutique in Toronto, where she focused on sophisticated commercial construction transactions, as well as alternative dispute resolution. Arielle has been published in the 2018 Lexpert/American Lawyer Guide to the Leading 500 Lawyers in Canada, as well as the Canadian College of Construction Lawyers.
Arielle graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2017, where she was involved in the Osgoode Mediation Clinic and the Osgoode Business Society. Arielle received her B.A. in English from York University, where she graduated summa cum laude.
Arielle was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2018, and to the New York Bar in 2019.
Arielle currently serves on the marketing and digital outreach committee of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA).
