Aaron Boyajian

Aaron Boyajian’s practice is concentrated on a broad-based transactional practice, with specialization in commercial real estate and representing closely-held companies.

Aaron represents national and local tenants and property owners in a variety of commercial lease transactions.  Additionally, he represents all sides of the table in commercial and residential purchase and sale real estate deals, including refinancing and construction loan transactions.

He drafts and negotiates intellectual property and technology agreements, such as trademark licenses and security agreements; advises clients concerning registration and protection of intellectual property assets; and reviews and clears Internet and marketing materials.

Aaron is a proud member of the board of directors of the Pajama Program, a New York City-based national charity which provides new pajamas and books to underprivileged children who are either abused, orphaned or fostered. Aaron is also a member of the Armenian Bar Association.
