|Michael Fleishman practices in commercial litigation, with a focus on construction, labor and employment disputes. He has represented a variety of construction clients, including owners, general contractors, subcontractors and suppliers in the prosecution or defense of construction disputes, such as mechanic’s lien foreclosure actions, breach of contract claims, surety bond claims and construction defect claims.
In addition, Michael’s practice includes representing companies in labor and employment matters, such as employment discrimination and prevailing wage claims, in both state and federal court, as well as before various federal, state and city administrative agencies, including the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, New York State Department of Labor, New York State Division of Human Rights and the New York City Comptroller’s office.
Michael is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
