|Barry Eisenberg represents real estate clients in connection with purchases and sales, tax deferred exchanges, the preparation and negotiation of leases, construction, leasehold and mortgage financing, and the restructuring of debt.
He advises business clients in connection with shareholder, operating and employment agreements; business contracts; agreements to acquire, merge and sell; and financing.
Together with our estate planning and probate attorneys, he advises clients about succession planning and the transfer of business and real estate assets.
