|Aaron Boyajian’s practice is concentrated on a broad-based corporate/transactional practice, including real estate, intellectual property and entertainment law.
Aaron’s corporate and transactional experience focuses on counseling clients in the formation of new companies, as well as restructuring and providing guidance to existing ones. In the corporate arena, he has handled member and shareholder agreements, asset and stock purchase agreements and employment agreements.
Aaron represents all sides of the table on real estate deals, including purchasers, sellers and lenders in both residential and commercial real estate transactions, including refinancing and construction loan transactions. He also represents tenants and property owners in commercial lease transactions.
Aaron also has experience in all trademark and copyright matters, including searches and clearing, prosecution, opposition and dilution matters. He drafts and negotiates entertainment, intellectual property and technology agreements, such as trademark licenses and security agreements; advises clients concerning registration and protection of intellectual property assets; and reviews and clears Internet and marketing materials.
Aaron serves on the board of directors for the Pajama Program, a New York City-based national charity which provides new pajamas and books to underprivileged children who are either abused, orphaned or fostered. Aaron is also a member of the Armenian Bar Association.
