Neal M. Eiseman, a partner at Goetz Fitzpatrick, will speak on an upcoming American Arbitration Association (AAA) panel entitled “Stories Mediators Tell: Best Practices and Tips for a Successful Mediation.” The panel, on October 14, 2014 at 12 p.m., is part of the American Bar Association (ABA) Section of Dispute Resolution’s 5th Annual Mediation Week campaign, slated for October 12 – 18. The goal of Mediation Week is to raise the awareness of mediation to the general public at large, including individuals and businesses of all sizes.
Eiseman is currently Co-Chair of the ABA’s Committee on Arbitration, as well as a Fellow in the College of Commercial Arbitrators. He has written extensively on mediation, arbitration and negotiation, and teaches an intensive mediator training program entitled “Essential Mediation Skills for the New Mediator” for the AAA.
