Neal M. Eiseman, a partner at Goetz Fitzpatrick, will teach “Essential Skills for the New Mediator” at the American Arbitration Association from August 23-26, 2016.
This highly-regarded 40-hour course is designed to provide a comprehensive immersion in the essential skills and knowledge required of all mediators. Completing the course provides the minimum hours of training widely viewed as the standard introductory training for practicing mediators.
Eiseman is currently Chair of the ABA’s Committee on Arbitration, as well as a Fellow in the College of Commercial Arbitrators. He has written extensively on mediation, arbitration and negotiation.
