Eiseman posts ABA podcast on unilateral arbitration

Neal M. Eiseman has posted a new podcast discussing unilateral arbitration clauses for the American Bar Association (ABA) “Sound Advice” series. They give one party the option to submit the dispute to arbitration or litigation after the dispute has arisen. Listen to the full podcast here.

The “Sound Advice” series, organized by the ABA Section of Litigation, includes podcasts from leading litigators on developing areas of law. Mr. Eiseman, who is both an arbitrator and an advocate in arbitration, is Chair of the Arbitration Committee. A frequent writer and speaker on topics in dispute resolution, he recently spoke at the ABA Section of Litigation Conference in New Orleans during a program entitled, “A Litigator’s Guide to Arbitration: Best Practices to Maximize the Benefits of Your Next Arbitration.”
