Neal M. Eiseman will speak on a panel at the American Arbitration Association (AAA) on “Seeking Efficiency and Economy in Arbitration: The Attorneys Role.” The program will be held on October 11, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. at the AAA New York Dispute Resolution Center located at 150 East 42nd Street, 17th Floor.
Neal will speak alongside Michael A. Marra, Vice President of the AAA’s Construction Division, and Lisa Lombardo, Counsel at Gibbons, P.C. The program will discuss ways that attorneys can provide their clients with an efficient and economical arbitration process by avoiding unnecessary costs and time delays while, at the same time, preserving spirited and effective advocacy. Neal is a mediator and arbitrator with the AAA, and speaks and publishes regularly on topics in dispute resolution. He is currently Chair of the American Bar Association’s Committee on Arbitration, as well as a Fellow in the College of Commercial Arbitrators.
