Neal Eiseman will be speaking at the American Bar Association’s Section of Dispute Resolution’s Annual Conference in Minneapolis on April 11, 2019. The topic: “How to Save the Parties from Themselves in Construction Arbitration.”
The IRS recently issued proposed regulations that effectively locks in the benefit of the higher lifetime gift tax exemption provided in the new tax law but only if utilized prior to 2026. The TCJA provided for an increase of the gift exemption from $5.49 Million to $11.18 Million per person but the law is due.
During the Spring 2018 semester, Neal M. Eiseman will be teaching “Construction Law” at Cardozo School of Law. Neal is no stranger to the classroom, having taught at New York University for the past two decades.
