Ron Coleman quoted on the registration of “offensive” trademarks

In June, the national media took note when the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) cancelled six trademarks belonging to the Washington Redskins football team. Finegan quoted on case against Barclays Center general contractor

Goetz Fitzpatrick attorney Thomas Finegan was quoted in The New York Law Journal for his representation of The Lequila Group. Lequila was a subcontractor to Hunt Construction Group on the construction of the Barclays Center complex in Brooklyn.
