Peter Goetz, Donald J. Carbone, Neal M. Eiseman,  and John B. Simoni Jr. have been selected for inclusion on the New York Super Lawyers - Metro Edition for 2008.  Each of them had also been selected in 2007. 

An additional congratulations goes to Peter Goetz who has been selected on a peer review basis for inclusion in the 2009 edition of "The Best Lawyers in America" which will appear in New York Magazine for his specialty in Construction Law.  This is the third year in a row Peter has appeared on this list.
