Josh Oberman focuses his practice on construction and commercial litigation. Mr. Oberman has litigated complex commercial matters through trial in State and Federal Courts throughout New York State. He has represented property owners, contractors, individuals, the federal government, and Fortune 500 companies. He is a member of the American and New York State Bar associations, and the New York County Lawyers’ Association. Mr. Oberman earned his B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College in 1999. He is a 2002 graduate of Emory Law School, where he was a member of the Moot Court Association.
