Rosalie Valentino graduated from Fordham University and received her law degree from New York Law School. Admitted in New Jersey and New York, her practice focuses on litigation and administrative representation in a wide variety of legal areas, from construction, lien, real estate and general commercial litigation to representation of clients before the Patent and Trademark Office and the Trademark Trial and Appeals Board.
Her article on the decision in Lumbermens Mutual Casualty Co. v. Commonwealth of Pennsylvania was published in the New York Real Estate Law Journal on May 27, 2008. She has also assisted Judge Gerald Lebovits on two articles entitled Roommates in New York Law and Disclosure and Disclosure-Like Devices in the New York City Housing Court published by the Real Property Law Section of the New York State Bar Association in its Fall 2006 publication and summer 2009 publication, repectively.
