Michael R. Fleishman, a member of the New York and New Jersey bars, practices commercial, construction and employment litigation, as well as environmental law, in the state and federal courts and before various agencies.   He graduated, cum laude, from Boston College in 1981 and received his law degree from New York Law School in 1984.  He is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and the New York State Bar Association.
