Donald Carbone is a member of the Management Committee and head of the Construction Litigation Group. In more than 20 years of practice, he has developed extensive experience in construction litigation, commercial leasing and real estate, corporate, commercial and business transactions. In all these areas, Donald takes responsibility for both the transactional and dispute resolution phases including mediation, litigation, arbitration and appeals. He is listed as counsel of record in numerous of reported cases.
Donald's committee and association work reflects his broad range of skills. Over the years, he has been a member of various industry associations including New York Building Congress, Construction Industry Council of Westchester and Hudson Valley, Inc., Subcontractors Trade Association (Executive Advisory Board); New York State Bar Association, (various committees including construction, litigation, environmental, real property and business law), the Westchester County Bar Association (Construction Law Committee); the New York County Lawyer’s Association and the Columbian Lawyers Association. Also he has been a member of the White Plains Zoning Board of Appeals since 2005.
A 1977 graduate of S.U.N.Y. at Buffalo Law School, Donald is licensed to practice law in all New York Courts and in several Federal Courts.
