Mordy Mandell concentrates in estate planning, probate work and estate administration for complex estates.  His practice includes preparation of wills and living trusts, representation of parties in will contests, post-mortem estate planning, guardianships, and the formation and administration of the full range of simple and complex trusts. 

Mordy also prepares estate tax returns, fiduciary income tax returns and individual income tax returns. In addition, he represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service, the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance, and the State of New Jersey Division of Taxation in all tax-related matters.  He also provides a full scope of services to elderly and disabled clients in the management of their financial and other personal affairs.

He is a member of the New York State Bar Association Trusts & Estates Law Section,Tax Section, and Elder Law Section.

Mordy is a graduate of Yeshiva University (B.A., cum laude, 1990) and the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law (J.D., 1994), and was admitted to the New Jersey bar in 1994, the New York bar in 1995, and the United States Tax Court in 1995.
