A veteran activist for improvements in social welfare law and a senior member of the trademark bar, Jack Most brings a unique perspective to his practice of business, corporate, commercial and intellectual property law and regulatory affairs. He is recognized as both a leading attorney in the food, beauty, pharmaceutical and fashion industries, and a concerned citizen who uses his profession to improve his community.

Formerly general counsel of Revlon, Jack spent part of his early career in government, authoring legislation that created new job programs under the Johnson administration for the Office of Economic Opportunity in the Executive Office of the President. Locally, his work with the Haym Solomon Foundation has dramatically improved the quality of life of senior citizens in New York City. This experience informs his relationships with small and middle markets and entrepreneurs, making him a strong problem-solver who enjoys working with people. He subsequently spent many years managing intellectual property matters for two of the best-known and valuable brands and owners of brands in the world.

Jack represents owners and venture capitalists of both small and large businesses, and besides his responsiblity in maintaining and protecting his clients' trademark portfolios hs is particularly interested in regulatory compliance, a topic he has covered in journals such as The Food, Drug and Cosmetic Law Digest and Madison Avenue Magazine. He is a member of the New York State (Food, Drug and Cosmetic Law Section) and American (Food, Drug and Cosmetic Law Committee and Trademarks and Unfair Competition Committee) Bar Associations, as well as the Zeta Beta Tau and Phi Alpha Delta fraternities. Jack is also featured in both Who's Who in America and Who's Who in American Law.
