Bernard Kobroff has been a member of the New York bar for over thirty years. He has extensive experience litigating all aspects of cases and appeals in the areas of construction, commercial lending, real estate, securities, antitrust and criminal law.
A graduate of Brooklyn Law School, where he was a member of the law review and an adjunct instructor, Bernard has represented the United States Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division, New York State’s Division of Criminal Justice Services and New York City’s Legal Aid Society’s Criminal Appeals Bureau. His reported cases include Gannett v. DePasquale, 443 U.S. 368 (1979) which he briefed and argued successfully before the United States Supreme Court.
